We take care of all defective and damaged products. Please purchase products with confidence

 

Defective Items

We will send parts to replace. If it has major problems those can not be fixed by replacing parts, we will send new one to the customers.

  

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Buyers need to report any issues immediately.  IMPORTANT:  If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with Fedex/UPS and have the item sent back and replaced.  However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work with you to resolve the situation.  You can send photos to Return@wow3dprinter.com

Wow3Dprinter does not pay or reimburse any labor costs undertaken by the customer on his/her own accord.

 

Cancellations

Order Has Not Shipped: $25 administration fee when canceled.  This is to account for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size.  If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee.

For orders require assemble, international shipping and (or) trucking service, the actual processing fees will be buyers' responsibility. Refunds will be made after charging process fees. 

 

Return and Refund

We accept return only unused and unopened items. Buyers need to pay return shipping costs. There is 20% of restock charges. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, both outbound and return shipping, associated with the Product return. We do not accept any returns with other reasons.

 

Tracking info says "item delivered" but you didn't receive a package.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for the customers. However, our responsibility is completed when we ship out products from our warehouse. If the tracking status is "delivered". A buyer needs to contact the shipping carrier directly and open a claim.
