Panowin 3D printer – MODEL F1, includes: 

  1. Full modular design:

Panowin F1 was a 3D printer for full aged group. The main structure of the printer including motion parts, working bed, extruder and controller was separated as several high quality modules. With a simple manual and tool kit, you can assemble a 3D printer all by yourself just within 10 steps.

  1. Industry level ball screw slide:

The main part of the 3D printer: motion structure was all designed by experienced structure engineers. The main structure parts were made by high quality aluminium alloy, strong and stable. Instead the traditional belt-rail guide motion system, Panowin use high quality ball screw slide for every axis. And taken the advantage of high quality step motor the printer can make the resolution with 0.1mm, layer thickness 0.05mm.

  1. Turbo fan cooling extruder:

The high quality turbo-fan cooling extruder compared with high quality step motor extruder can feed the material smoothly and quickly. The heating nozzle can be selected as diameter 0.2/0.4/0.6 mm, to fit different kind of products. The high efficient heating module can heat the nozzle from 0 to 200 centigrade within 2 minutes. The precision temperature sensor will making temperature detective all the time to ensure the extruder was working in the correct condition.

Panowin F1 working with a self-developed system control card with the Paladin firm ware. The system is based on the open source code and improved to fit the self-developed slice software: Pango. The software is developed and updated by the most experienced software engineer, with a simple and friendly user interface. All the common type project files (*.stl *.dae *.obj *.gcode *.pcode *.jpg *.bitmap) are supported to input, and output as *.pcode format for the printer.

The Panowin controller is a high quality, CE/IEC certificated system developed by the most experienced electronic engineer. All the interfaces are easily plug head. The highly integrated design allows you to connect the expansion part (heated bed, LCD touch screen control pad, laser head) very easily.


  1. Gridded Plastic Printing Bed:

The printing platform has the gridded surface. The whole platform is press-casted with special material. While printing, the material is easier to stick on the surface. After printing, the product is easier to come off.


  1. Power supply and tool kits:

The high quality power supply can work under 100-240V AC, no matter in your garage or the standard factory warehouse. And all the basic tools for the assembling is included.


Mechanical and electronic components:  1 year against manufacturing defects. Parts and components damaged due to improper usage and operation of the equipment are not covered under warranty. The complete warranty shall be available once the customer has accepted and received the training program and the purchase agreements are signed by the customer.

All the consumable parts: no warranty. The SD storage card test filament and the sticker on the heated bed will be considered as consumable parts and not included in the guarantee.

In order to ensure the customer experience the best performance of the equipment and the complete warranty policy of our company, we urge following the instructions on the Safety Notice in the Operation Manual and follow the instructions of our technician on the installation of the laser machine. Failure to do so may render the warranty null and void.
